This year girls at Treasure Mountain are following the trendy hairstyles. There are many hairstyles to choose from but these top 10 hairstyles are the new thing.
Sock buns, messy, and normal buns have been a popular hairstyle. Many girls around the school are wearing their hair in cute buns on top of their head. It seems that it is a hairstyle that a lot of girls like. There also have been celebrities who have been wearing their hair in cute buns. Buns have been a go to hairstyle that doesn’t require much effort.
“I like wearing my hair in a bun because it’s something really cute and it is quick and easy to do, especially days when I don’t want to do my hair,” says Alyssa.
The next top 10 hairstyle is braids. Braids are easy to do and look so cute on any day. There are all types of braids that you can do that are simple and something that lots of girls do. Three popular braids around here have been the normal braid, fishtail braid, and the classic French braid. Lots of girls around here in Treasure Mountain have been doing their hair in a cute simple braid.
“I love putting my hair into a braid because it is cute and there are a lot of other cute braids to do,” says Brianna.
Ombre is a popular hairstyle that girls and celebrities have been doing. Ombre is when your hair is dark on top and then goes into a lighter color. Khloe Kardashian, for example, has long cute hair that is brown on top and then goes into a dirty blonde color. But there are different colors you can ombre, for example, you can have a dirty blonde color and then go into a lighter blonde.
“I think ombre looks really good. I have seen it on some girls here but I have seen a lot of pictures of celebrities with their hair ombre,” says Lexi.
In any type of hairstyle a bow accessory will look good. Pulling groups of hair back and adding a bow will look really good to add a touch of flare. There are many other different types of things you can do with a bow. You can put it in your braid, on the side of your bun, and you can use it any other way.
Instead of doing fancy styles, somedays it’s cute to just leave your hair normal and natural. It’s not fun doing your hair fancy everyday so it is just good to leave it all natural. But if you don’t like leaving your hair natural then it is always fun to add some curls into your hair to add some extra volume. Adding a little bit of curl to your hair will look cute and unique.
If showering in the morning is hard for you, shower at night and sleep in tight braids. Sleeping in braids will make your hair cute and crimped the next day. A lot of girls around Treasure have been wearing their hair crimped, and it’s a very popular hairstyle lately. When girls’ hair is cut with little layers it is always unique. Layers add a different look to your hair because it is not all one length.
The second to last hairstyle on the top 10 list is straightened hair. If your hair is naturally straight then you are good to go. But if you have naturally curly or wavy hair and you don’t like it like that every day, it is always fun to straighten it once in a while. Especially since your hair isn’t straightened every day, it is cute to look a little bit different.
The last hairstyle on the top 10 is high ponytails. High ponytails always look unique and cute. If you don’t want to do your hair that day, it is always easy to put your hair into a simple hairstyle. It still looks super cute, if it is on top of your head. Some students here at Treasure Mountain have been wearing cute high ponytails and it looks cute with every outfit.
